Purchasing on-line
Making a purchase on-line could not be easier. Just browse our website using the categories on the left hand side and click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to buy. Directly underneath each "add to cart" button, it will display the amount of items that you have in your cart. It will also give you this information down the left side column of each page. When you have finished shopping, you can click on any of the checkout links to proceed. A new page will be displayed showing the items in your shopping cart. It will also ask you to select a delivery option. Select one of these and click on the "Check out" button. The next page will display the payment options. You can pay for your items, either by credit / debit card or Paypal. Click on the card / Paypal payment service and this will send to a secure payment page to enter your details. Always check that your browser is displaying a "locked padlock icon" when a payment page is being displayed. This indicates that the payment page is secure. You will usually find the padlock icon in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window.

You can pay by MasterCard, Visa cards, credit / debit card. Your credit or debit card statement will display only a debit to Paypal.

Shipping And Handling
The following shipping costs will be charged no matter how big the order:

UK - £4.50

Europe - £6.50

Overseas - £8.50

All items are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent secure method, all in plain packaging with no company logos.

Guarantee and Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot replace any items once the sealed packaging has been opened unless there is a manufacturing fault. In the unlikely event of such a fault we will replace the item on a like for like basis, if returned within 7 days of purchase. Goods must be returned by recorded delivery or some other traceable method along with a copy of the purchase order. We will not be liable for postage on returns. We reserve the right to reject any return if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, frivolous or of the customers own making. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Rubber

Please remember that all rubber comes to you in matt finish. To achieve the shine that you see on our garments in the photographs it has to be polished with a silicone based type of polish. A suitable polish is available in the Rubber category or you could actually use most proprietary furniture polishes.
